The Walker boot orthosis provides protection and stabilization in the case of soft tissue injuries around the ankle joint, 2nd and 3rd degree sprains, bone fractures, and healing of stable fractures around the ankle joint and metatarsus. It is also used in postoperative stabilization, as immobilization in a selected therapeutic range.
It is an excellent alternative to traditional cast immobilization, significantly improving the comfort of use. Thanks to the integrated pump, it ensures that the compression is adjusted to the patient’s condition, reducing the possibility of hematomas and swelling. It guarantees the possibility of regular visual assessment of the injury and maintaining the limb in proper hygienic condition. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the Walker Clock does not put extra pressure on the limb, and the soft pneumatic insert ensures high comfort of use. In addition, the clock allows you to limit (adjust) plantar and dorsal flexion.
