The brace is made of innovative neoprene. The unique multi-layer construction of the material, with specially designed micro-holes, gives a feeling of coolness in the place of adhesion, thus preventing overheating of the skin and the formation of excessive moisture causing discomfort of use. It guarantees comfort of use thanks to the moisture removal system and skin ventilation. Thanks to the hole (in the back), it prevents the material from rolling up in the place of knee bending, providing even greater. The brace is equipped with very solid (removable from side pockets) dbiaxial hinges with adjustable flexion and extension angles, which work as closely as possible to the anatomical movement of the knee joint.Adjusting the flexion and extension angle allows you to adjust the joint mobility to the rehabilitation stage. Four independent Velcro fastenings guarantee a perfect fit of the orthosis and stabilization force. Independent adjustment on the thigh additionally ensures fit and comfort. The opening for the patella allows you to reduce its pressure and controls the movement path in the patellofemoral joint. The thick silicone ring used provides additional protection. The material and shape used ensure excellent adhesion to the joint.
The orthosis is used especially in cases of knee joint instability, rheumatic inflammation, mild ligament insufficiency as well as in the case of femoro-patellar syndrome.Ideal for cruciate ligament injuries (ACL or PCL) associated with instability. Also used in the post-treatment process after surgical procedures such as meniscus suturing, ligament reconstruction, after knee joint injuries such as sprains or dislocations, which require setting a specific range of motion in the joint, i.e. angular adjustment of flexion and extension.
