The stabilizer is used in diseases related to overload of the muscles and tendons of the forearm. In the so-called diseases “tennis elbow” and “golfer’s elbow”. Particularly recommended for epicondylitis, it is used to relieve the initial muscle attachments. The silicone cushion exerts pressure below the elbow joint on the belly of the extensor and flexor muscles, thus significantly relieving the overloaded muscle attachments. The pressure applied may reduce pain associated with movement. It is also used for preventive purposes, as protection against recurrent injuries or to prevent new injuries.
